By accessing or using MŪLA (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; users under 18 require parental consent
• One person may not maintain more than one account

• The Platform offers both free and paid subscription tiers
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice
• Free-tier access may be limited in features or question availability

All content on the Platform — including questions, solutions, explanations, UI design, and software — is owned by Knotters or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate practice questions, performance feedback, and adaptive recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Users should verify critical information against authoritative sources.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
